Last Tuesday we were driving around.

And decided to check out a local eatery, The 520 Grill.

The food was great.

We love clams!

HB got the Lamb Burger.

I got the BBQ Chicken Wrap..

the owner, Randy came over and talked with us for awhile telling us about all the cool neighborhood stuff to do this summer. Then surprised us with a free dessert to welcome us to the neighborhood.

Wednesday HB went to San Francisco to take clients to the Giants/Diamondbacks game.

I stayed home and kept company with these two.

Although we live lakefront we are 1 mile from the city of Bellevue, which is a beautiful metropolis across the lake from Seattle, about 10 minutes by bridge.

Well, I am not a city driver at all. Really, not an anywhere driver.
HB is a great sport about taking me grocery shopping or anywhere I need to go.
So after a month or so of not driving, I decided to be wild and venture out while he was in San Fran.

First things first, I decided to get a cupcake.

Or Six.

I can’t resist this place.

I was still feeling wild and crazy so I went here.

And ate this.

And brought home a couple extra plain patties for him.

Of course the big one got some too he just doesn’t look as cute or weird eating it!
